CHECK-IN

When you check in please present your booking confirmation, a valid identity card or passport and a credit card or other means of payment (see "Payment methods").

The price of the rooms does not include the city tax, a tourist tax charged by the local authority. The daily amount payable per room is 4.24 EUR, VAT included.

Check-in is available from 3 pm. If you arrive early, you can leave your bags in our luggage store until your room is ready.

A credit card pre-authorization will be taken at check-in to guarantee expenses during your stay.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is required by 11am. 

Late check-out until 3:00 p.m. can be requested for a supplement of 20€, but depends on room availability. 

After check-out, bags can be left in our luggage room.



BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Flexible rate:

Your credit card will not be debited at the time of booking. The total amount due will be settled at arrival time.

If you want to cancel or change your booking, please let us know at least 2 days before your arrival date, before 11:59 pm (Brussels’ local time). 

If you cancel late or don’t show up, the full cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card.

Non-refundable rate:

Your credit card will be debited at the time of your booking. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept various payment methods:

- Debit card: Maestro, Visa Electron

- Credit card (if the card holder is staying at the hotel): Visa, MC

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

SMOKING POLICY

Hotel Queen Anne is 100% smoke free.

If you smoke in your room, a cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.
